The New York Times Sunday Business section profiled Pret-a-Manger, a Britain food chain based on enterprise engagement principles. It’s must-reading for anyone in engagement and demonstrates the increasing focus on engagement in the general media.


This is the next biggest thing in engagement—using games to build relationships with customers and other key audiences in your business, as well as a great target-marketing vehicle for companies. What’s unique is the addition of social-networking—the ability to build communities of game-players.
