When to use cash as an incentive? When to use non-cash? Perennial questions for many managers and leaders. If only there was somewhere you could get unbiased and fact-based information?
Now Get The Facts
Drawing upon extensive research, The Incentive Research Foundation, with a sponsorship from Canon Special Markets, and working with the Enterprise Engagement Alliance has added a new module that will provides the most objective, fact-based analysis related to the use of different reward types.
While U.S. organizations spend billions of dollars on non-cash rewards for consumer, distribution partner, sales, and employee incentive programs, most companies rely on instinct or assumptions when choosing to select noncash versus cash awards. Fortunately, a growing body of research provides a relatively clear basis for determining when to use which type of award: cash, merchandise, gift cards, individual travel, or group travel.
This curriculum module and webinar will provide a framework for helping engagement planners determine the right type of award, based on the objectives of the campaign, organizational culture, and other factors. It will draw on the latest available research outlining the communication, recognition, and other psychological factors that can affect award choice.
If you have ever been responsible for, or have had to provide input into the way in which you reward your business partners – this module will give you the facts on how to best determine award choices.
